What This Tool Does
The SERP snippet preview shows a realistic mock-up of your Google listing as you type. It measures both character count and approximate pixel width — the metric Google actually uses to decide where to cut your title and description.
How to use it
- Type your title tag, URL and meta description on the left.
- Watch the counters: green means you're in range, amber warns you're close, red means it will likely be truncated with an ellipsis.
- Toggle Desktop / Mobile to check both layouts.
- Aim for ~50–60 characters (under ~600px) for titles and ~150–160 characters for descriptions.
Everything runs locally in your browser — nothing is sent to a server, so it's safe for unpublished or confidential pages.
